Ritz Carlton, Kapalua Spa Resort
In 2008 BaleMaker was awarded the project to construct ten Spa Hale’s for the prestigious Ritz Carlton’s Kapalua Spa Resort in Maui Hawaii. Working together with one of the worlds leading Spa Retreat Designers, Sylvia Sepielli (Sylvia Spa), local Hawaiian Contractor Nordic PCL, and the clients representative, the Maui Land & Pineapple Co Inc, BaleMaker coordinated the final designs, structural development and layouts for all the Hales. Upon final approval BaleMaker preconstructed all of the Hales at its factory here in Bali prior to sending them to site in early 2009. BaleMaker received the highest praise for the level of service, quality and administration of this fairly large commercial project, particularly from Sylvia Sepielli who has stated she would love the opportuntiy to work with BaleMaker on another Spa Resort project sometime in the near future.
